Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip – This slow-cooker spinach & artichoke dip is creamy, cheesy and oh-so delicious!

This is such an easy dip to make and great for all occasions. I like to dip with almost any kind of cracker and it is great on all of them.

Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 13-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 7-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella and Asiago cheese blend with roasted garlic
  • 6-oz. pkg. shredded Asiago and Parmesan cheese blend
  • 8-oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese cubed
  • 1 c. light sour cream
  • 1 c. light mayonnaise
  • 3 T. garlic, minced
  • white pepper to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
  • assorted dippers, such as toasted baguette slices, corn chips and crackers

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except milk and dippers in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 2 hours, or until cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in milk until desired dipping consistency is reached.
  4. Turn slow cooker to WARM setting.
  5. Serve with assorted dippers.
