I love Asian food and this recipe is in keeping with a lot of Asian cooking styles. I have to admit that I substituted chicken breasts for the thighs even though the thighs are supposed to be much better in this recipe. I just prefer the lower fat white breast meat. I might be a little weird, but I eat what I prefer to eat. By the way, using the chicken breasts instead of thighs turned out delicious! So, if you are like me and like to experiment a little, feel free to use chicken breasts. If you feel that the recipe is great as is (and it is), then fix this great Crockpot Orange Chicken and enjoy. It’s hard to go wrong with a good Asian food recipe.
