Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Bacon Casserole

If you like casseroles as your main dish as I do, this Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Bacon Casserole is one you have to try. Chicken, cheese, bacon and tater tots are the main ingredients. Sound good? It is! Don’t just take my word for it, fix it. One time and you and your family will be addicted. This is a good go to recipe that is so easy to make in the Crockpot and so tasty in the mouth. Not that many ingredients and not much preparation time. Just fry up the bacon and put it all in the Crockpot. Cook and enjoy! Trust me – your family will love this and they don’t even have to know how easy it was to make in the Crockpot.

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Colby cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 32 oz Bag Tater Tots
  • 12 oz package of REAL bacon (you can use as much or as little as you want, this is just what I used!)
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. Fry the bacon and break of cut into pieces
  2. Grease the crockpot with cooking spray
  3. Layer half the bag of tater tots on the bottom
  4. Add some bacon
  5. Combine cheeses together
  6. Add about 1/3 of your cheese
  7. Add your chicken
  8. Salt and Pepper chicken
  9. Add another 1/3 of your cheese
  10. Add more bacon
  11. Put in the other half of your tots
  12. Add the rest of the cheese
  13. Add the rest of your bacon
  14. Add the 3/4 cup milk
  15. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours
  16. ENJOY!!!!
