Crockpot Apple Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Loin Roast (3 – 4 lbs)
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 Lg White Onion
  • 4 Apples (Two Green and Two Red)
  • Two Tbsp. Apple Butter
  • ½ to ¾ Bottle of Apple Beer
  • 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Melt butter and coat the bottom of the Crockpot.
  2. Add Pork Loin.
  3. Layer all other ingredients as shown in the video on top of loin in the Crockpot.
  4. Cook on high heat for approximately 6 hours or until meat easily pulls apart.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Cover at first but cook uncovered for last hour.
  7. Enjoy!
