Crockpot Alfredo Mashed Potatoes

Crockpot Alfredo Mashed Potatoes

Crockpot Alfredo Mashed Potatoes – One of my most favorite things in the world is Alfredo sauce. I mean I just love it. Its what I request my wife to make for me on my birthday every year. She lovingly obliges me. Alfredo sauce takes a long time to make. You have to baby the sauce, standing over it and stirring to make sure the sauce doesn’t burn, or break. Alfredo sauce will break on you in an instant.

One of the amazing sauces I got to sample and try at the Taste of Italy event was Bertolli® brand pasta sauce. The sauce in the risotto was Bertolli® Alfredo sauce. I mean mind blown! I was surprised to learn that I could get a sauce that was really flavorful and I could get my Alfredo fix. I had the opportunity to try many different recipes and I was so impressed with the overall quality of everything I tried. But I wanted to do something different. So I decided that I would try a new dish Alfredo mashed potatoes.

If you are like me, it seems you are always fixing mashed potatoes. When I saw this recipe I just had to try it. Trust me, if you try it you will be adding this to your meal especially when company is coming.
